The International Pollutants Elimination Network – Southeast and East Asia (IPEN SEA) is a regional network of over 40 public interest groups in 10 countries – Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam – that works on toxic pollution and waste issues in both urban and rural settings.
EcoWaste Coalition based in the Philippines serves as the Regional Hub for coordination and communication among the participating organizations (POs).
