Pamela Miller is the Co-Chair of the International Pollutants Elimination Network (IPEN), a global network of over 600 public interest NGOs in more than 124 countries. Pam is also the Founder and Executive Director of Alaska Community Action on Toxics. Pam has a long history of organizing experience and working with indigenous communities and other marginalized groups to prompt state, national, and international chemicals policy reform for the protection of environmental and human health.
